When ordering online, it is necessary to fill in the following data: name, e-mail address, postal address, telephone number, resp. other personal data according to the items of the form. When filling out online forms, your IP address is also recorded.

How do we use your personal data?
We use your personal data when processing and confirming reservations, in order to answer your questions, in order to inform about news and special offers in the form of a newsletter, if you request it. The personal information you provide to us will not be sold, exchanged or transferred to another company for any reason, without your consent.

Email and telephone communication
E-mail address that you provide when booking accommodation, respectively. when filling out another form on the website, it will be used to send information and updates regarding your reservation. The e-mail address you provide in the contact form will be used to communicate with you regarding your question. If telephone communication is required, we will contact you at the telephone number you provide. Your telephone number will not be used for marketing purposes, but exclusively for communication regarding your order or request.
If you register for the newsletter, your email address will be used to send special offers and news a maximum of 1-2 times a month. The consent will be imposed for a period of 3 years, which can be revoked at any time. To unsubscribe from the newsletter, click on the link at the end of each newsletter or contact us at the contact addresses.
